This is a surgery suggested for patients that have elastic and smooth skin and want to diminish the amount of fat below the chin area. It consists in making a small incision on the neck where a liposuction reed is introduced in order to extract excess fat. Since the reed that is introduced is very small, the incisions disappear as soon as the swelling goes down around the area and the scars left are practically invisible.
