Blepharoplasty (Lids Surgery)

As years go by, the sun, the effects of gravity and the process of aging that changes the skin, affects and transforms the expression of the eyes passing from a very expressive and juvenile look to an eye with signs of fatigue with an aged and puffed up aspect. The lid surgery is a procedure that should be carried out by an experienced surgeon since it can change the patient´s face expression causing undesirable effects like a sunken eye, dry eye, open eye, notorious scars and lashes towards the outside exposing the red area of the lid (conjunctive tarsal). The surgery can be carried out in a clinic or center of ambulatory surgery under local o general anesthesia.
